Police investigate accidental shooting in Port Elizabeth

Four people were injured when they were hit by a rubber bullet while queing outside the KFC outlet at Njoli square in Kwazekehle, Port Elizabeth last night.
Police Warrant Officer Dumile Gwavu says two security guards were loading money near the fast food outlet when the incident happened.
Gwavu emphasised that it was not a robbery but that one of the security guard's weapons appeared to have discharged accidently.
Those injured were hit in the legs. They were admitted to hospital for treatment.
Gwavu said no-one had been arrested but that the incident was being investigated.
