A woman who failed her learner's test last week went undercover for the Hawks after she approached them for being solicited for a bribe. Spokesperson Captain Dineo Sekgotodi says the complainant failed her test at the Mkhuhlu Driver's License Testing Centre in Mbombela but was offered another opportunity if she could pay an amount of R1 000.
