Three suspects alleged to have been involved in the murder of a German tourist close to the Kruger National Park's Numbi Gate are expected to make their first court appearances this week following their recent arrests. The men are between the ages of 25 and 38 and are believed to have killed the tourist in 3 October.

The bodies of two men have been found in a cave in Pacaltsdorp near George. Police spokesperson Lt Col Malcolm Pojie says a member of the public found the bodies at around 12 'o clock on Saturday afternoon.

A 27-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly sent Eskom Chief Operating Officer Jan Oberholzer a bomb threat. Eskom spokesperson Sikhonathi Mantshantsha said the man was arrested on Friday in the Vosman area at eMalahleni in Mpumalanga.
