The SPCA has called on Government to intervene in what they call a national crisis regarding Pitbulls in the country. Spokesperson Keshvi Nair says Pitbulls are being surrendered in large numbers and the SPCA simply does not have the resources to cover the cost of this National Campain without support from relevant role-players.
