The National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed that paralympian Oscar Pistorius will appeal certain of his bail conditions.
NPA spokesperson, Medupe Simasiku, says the matter will be heard on Thursday.
In court papers Pistorius' lawyers argue that he should be able to travel, given that Magistrate Desmond Nair found during his bail application that he was not a flight risk.
Pistorius also wants an end to being supervised by a probation officer and submitting to compulsory drug and alcohol testing.
He will also ask the court to allow him to return to his Pretoria home where he shot his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day.
Pistorius is due back in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on June 4, to face a murder charge.
He was granted R1 million bail on February 22.
