Oscar: Bail extended and back in court on 13 October

 Culpable homicide-convicted Oscar Pistorius's bail was extended in the High Court in Pretoria on Friday.

The matter was postponed to October 13.

"I have considered the submissions by council... the onus is on the State to persuade this court it was not in the interest of
justice that the accused bail is extended.

"I am not so persuaded," Judge Thokozile Masipa said.
