A young woman from uMlazi who went missing two weeks ago has been found in a government mortuary in Durban.
The 21-year-old Welile Mhlungu left home in the early hours of the morning on the 15th of October and was never seen again.
Mhlungu, who worked at a construction form in Verulam, was wearing her blue overalls and boots.
Police Spokesperson Captain Ngobile Gwala said the victim was involved in an accident on the M4 Freeway and a case of culpable homicide is being investigated.
Her sister raised the alarm on Twitter and also informed the country that her sister's body was found and identified on Wednesday morning.
