Police in the North-West are requesting the assistance of the public to help find a mother and daughter from Potchefstroom who are missing.
Spokesperson Colonel Adele Myburg says 14-year-old Chailynn van Rensburg and her 41-year-old mother Carmen Noble were reported missing on the 21st of March.
She says Chailynn's father, who was working overseas, arrived back in Potchefstroom on that day and could not find them.
An extensive search and investigation was done but with no success.
It is not clear when they were last seen or what they were wearing.
Any person with info is urged to contact the police.
The investigating officers are Captain Frans van Rensburg (082 411 2571) and Sergeant Dikeledi Mokoena.
