A 17-year-old Soweto girl is missing and 7 school boys have been arrested allegedly for raping her and filming the acts on a cellphone.
Police say the girl went missing on the 25th of March, and last week a cellphone video emerged of her being raped by at least seven people between the ages of 14 and 20.
A police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Kay Makhubele, says the seven were arrested in Dobsonville Tuesday.
The suspects are expected to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
