Free State police have arrested a 37-year-old man in connection with the murder of a woman who was reported missing four days ago.
Police spokesperson Brigadier Motantsi Makhele said the body of 30-year-old Disebo Mosupa was found at the Thabong cemetery.
Makhele said her remains, which were buried in another person’s grave, were exhumed on Friday by forensic investigators.
“One suspect, aged 37, has been arrested for murder, and investigations are continuing,” Makhele said.
He appealed to the public for information that could lead to further arrests.
