The death toll in the countries, Listeriosis outbreak has risen to 67.
The National Institute of Communicable Diseases says 21 new cases have been recorded since Monday's update from the Department of Health.
Most cases have been reported in the Gauteng Province, followed by the Western Cape and then Kwazulu Natal.
The Institute says in a statement they have so far had 748 laboratory-confirmed cases of listeriosis.
Listeriosis usually spread through the ingestion of contaminated food products most frequently with raw or unpasteurised milk and soft cheeses, but also vegetables, processed foods, ready-to-eat meats and smoked fish products.
It can also be transmitted from a pregnant woman to her unborn child.
Members of the public are urged to practise good hygiene and wash their hands regularly.
