The 67-year-old and her grandchildren aged seven and nine were found brutally murdered in a house at Maokeng village in the Capricorn district on Tuesday afternoon.

The deceased have been identified as Paulina Mafifi (67), Nathaniel Mafifi (9) and Selaelo Mafifi (7).
The motive for the killings is not known at this stage.
