The sentencing of convicted murderers Molemo "Jub Jub" Maarohanye and Themba Tshabalala is expected to be handed down in the Protea Magistrate's Court on Friday.
Maarohanye and Tshabalala were found guilty in October of 4 counts of murder, two of attempted murder, using drugs, racing on a public road, and driving under the influence of drugs.
They were racing their cars in Protea North in March 2010 when they crashed into a group of school boys - killing four of them.
Frank Mlambo and Fumani Mushwana were left permanently brain damaged.
