Musician Molemo "Jub Jub" Maarohanye and Themba Tshabalala have been jailed for a total of 25 years each.
This follows their earlier conviction on four charges of murder.
Protea magistrate, Brian Nemavhidi also sentenced them to four years each for attempted murder.
The pair were sentenced to a year in jail on drug related charges. All the sentences will run concurrently.
The two were drag racing in Protea North in March 2010, when they crashed into a group of schoolboys, killing four youths and seriously injuring two others.
