Hawks raid drug lab in Boksburg

 Two men were arrested after a raid on a suspected drug laboratory in Boksburg on the East Rand on Tuesday night.

Hawks spokesperson Paul Ramaloko says lab equipment and 150 000 Mandrax tablets with an estimated street value of R10.5-million were confiscated from the scene.

One of the drug suspects managed to escape.

The two detained men will appear in the Boksburg Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
