Gauteng Police are investigating a case of business robbery after two armed suspects stormed into a radio station and robbed employees of their belongings.
Police spokesperson, Lieutenant Kay Makhubela, says police responded quickly to the incident at Power FM in Johannesburg last night.
He says no one was injured but the suspects are still at large.
The incident happened shortly after 7 pm.
Presenter Tumisang Ndlovu was on air with her programme POWER Business where she wraps up the day's business news and talks about money-related matters.
At the time of the robbery, Ndlovu was interviewing entrepreneur Nthabeleng Likotsi, who took to Twitter on Monday after the ordeal.
So, during my interview at PowerFM at 19:15, guys walked in with guns and stole some of the employees cellphones and demanded their panic buttons, luckily no one was hurt ????????
