State prosecutor Gerrie Nel's cross-examination of murder accused paralympian Oscar Pistorius drew to an emotion-charged conclusion in the Pretoria High Court on Tuesday.
Nel concluded his argument by saying the court WOULD find that Oscar fired four shots through the toilet door knowing that Reeva Steenkamp was standing behind it and that he armed himself with the sole purpose of shooting and killing her.
Earlier, Nel pressed Pistorius on the moments around the fatal shooting of valentines day last year.
The blade runner became emotional for the umpteenth time when Nel pressed him on why he did not scream out when he saw Reeva's mortally wounded body.
