Motorists will pay less for fuel from Wednesday.
The Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources announced the price adjustments for April on Tuesday.
This is the first fuel price decrease since the start of the year.
On Wednesday, both grades of petrol will decrease by 58 to 72 cents per litre, diesel by between 83 to 85 cents per litre, and illuminating paraffin by R1,14 cents per litre.
Meanwhile, LP gas will drop by 79 cents per kilogram.
Department spokesperson, Robert Maake says the decrease is due to lower oil prices and the stronger Rand against the US dollar during the period under review.
