Three men were arrested for an alleged business robbery in Botshabelo, Free State, police said on Monday.
According to a police statement, a local business, Reahola Complex, was robbed by three armed men on Sunday.
According to police, robbers forced their way into the premises and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes valued at R20,000.
Members from the Botshabelo police station and Selosesha Cluster Trio Task Team were alerted by a passerby, and soon after three suspects, aged between 30 and 36, were arrested.
The trio are expected to appear in the Botshabelo Magistrate’s Court to face charges of business robbery.
