A person who sustained serious injuries in a light plane crash in Mpumalanga walked with four other people to a nearby road to get help.
ER24 said the four sustained moderate injuries following the accident near Elandshoogte late Thursday afternoon.
Spokesperson, Russel Meiring, said when their paramedics arrived on scene, the five survivors were being treated by provincial EMS personnel.
“ER24, as well as other medical services on the scene transported the patients to hospital for further medical care,” he said.
The cause of the crash is not yet known.
