Exclusive Books has "recalled" the book From A-B by socialite and TV personality Bonang Matheba.
In a statement on Wednesday, Exclusive Books said that customers were welcome to return it for a full refund at any of its stores.
Pages from A-B were posted on twitter when unhappy customers noted grammatical errors, incoherent sentence structure and bad punctuation.
"It is our understanding that the publishers are proceeding with a new edition of the book rectifying the current errors which we will review and consider stocking at the appropriate time," said Exclusive Books.
The company has also apologised to any customer who was dissatisfied with their purchase.
Ironically, Matheba's book was recently ranked number one on the top five bestsellers list at Exclusive Books.
