Eleven members of the Tshwane Metro Police (TMP) are due to appear at the Moretele Magistrate Court on Tuesday.
The ten men and one female officer are appearing on charges of corruption related to demanding and receiving bribes from motorists who were found to have violated the rules of the road.
A total of thirteen officers were arrested over the weekend and the other two will appear in court later this week.
The Chief of Police, Johanna Nkomo, has welcomed the arrest of the officers and will issue all the accused officers with letters of intention to suspend after their court appearance on Tuesday.
The Traffic Department acknowledged the arrests and expressed their regret.
TMP says further arrests cannot be ruled out.
The National Prosecuting Authority says the arrest of the eleven emanates from an ongoing investigation that started in 2018 following allegations of corruption levelled against the officers.
They were arrested on Friday by members of the Hawks.
