The Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance says the next step in the legal battle against e-tolling will be to secure a full record of how the R20 billion decision came about.
Outa chairperson, Wayne Duvenage says they are entitled to ask for the record as to what was before the minister of transport when he made the decision, adding they will go to court to get a full record.
