Drugs worth millions found at OR Tambo

Drugs worth millions have been found in a suitcase at the OR Tambo International Airport.

The Hawks says police at the airport and customs searched an unclaimed luggage bag containing 20kg of crystal meth worth R56-million on Thursday.

Spokesperson, Captain Paul Ramaloko says the owner of the suitcase, which came off a flight from Abu Dhabi, disappeared.

No arrests have yet been made.
