A 63 year old Danish National is expected to appear in a Bloemfontein court on Monday where he will apply for bail.
This after police found 21 female body parts in his freezer.
Police also confiscated anaesthetic medication, surgical equipment and several photographs of alleged victims.
Hawks spokesperson, Hangwani Mulaudzi, says the suspect's wife left their two children in Bloemfontein and fled home to Lesotho.
He says the children are in the care of the Department of Social Development.
Police are investigating claims that he is also wanted in Lesotho for the murder of two woman.
Mulaudzi says they are investigating the possibility that his wife might be involved.
