DA to visit scene of Mozambican taxi-driver incident

The Democratic Alliance says it will visit the site of the brutal assault of Mozambican taxi driver, Emidio Macia in Daveyton, Gauteng on Sunday.
The party's leader in Gauteng, John Moodey will be accompanied by the DA's National Spokesperson and Deputy Federal Chairperson, Mmusi Maimane, and the party's Shadow Minister of Police, Dianne Kohler Barnard.
The DA says in a statement they will be expressing their condolences at the abuse by South African Police Service members, and will also be making an announcement on what needs to be done to end growing police brutality in South Africa.
