The Democratic Alliance says it will lay an ethics complaint against Police Minister Bheki Cele following his recent meeting with former President Jacob Zuma in Nkandla.
Chief whip in Parliament, Natasha Mazzone, questioned whether Cele was acting in his personal capacity or on official business.
The Minister declined to comment on his visit and posed for a photo with the former president who has thumbed his nose at the State Capture Commission.
Mazonne says Cele might well have breached Section 4 of Parliament's Code of Conduct for members.
