The owner of a creche in Carletonville, which is at the centre of a child abuse case, is expected to appear in the Oberholzer Magistrate's Court on Friday.
Janine Edwards was arrested after several videos showing what appears to be the same employee abusing children went viral on social media sites.
The creche has since been shut down.
At her last appearance on the 16 August, Edwards appeared separately from co-accused, Nellie Sinwametsi.
Both accused have been released on R3 000 bail.
Sinwametsi's case has meanwhile been escalated to the regional court.
