A husband and wife have been killed and a farmer tortured in two separate farm attacks in Limpopo.
Police said yesterday that the bodies of a couple were found on their farm Merebank near Lephalale on Friday.
On Sunday morning, a farmer was attacked and tortured near Tzaneen.
Two men attacked the 68-year-old farmer and used a hot iron rod to torture him when he refused to give in to their demands for money.
The men eventually fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No arrests have yet been made.
