Pretoria advocate Jaap Cilliers says he does not want to speculate on who could have injected him outside the High Court in Pretoria last week.
Cilliers, who in the past has defended clients including cardiologist Wouter Basson, former police commissioner Jackie Selebi, and the Waterkloof Four, was walking out of court on Wednesday around 3.30pm when he felt a sharp sensation like an injection in his buttock.
A doctor confirmed he had been injected with an unknown substance.
Cilliers was discharged from a Pretoria hospital last Friday.
