Cape Town man crushed by vehicle

A man was killed when he was crushed between a vehicle and a tree in the Table Mountain Reserve parking lot in Vredehoek, Cape Town on Saturday.

Netcare 911's Jeffrey Wicks says the man apparently tried to stop the car from rolling down a hill.

He says the vehicle came to rest against a tree, pinning the man between them.

Wicks says the man was declared dead at the scene.
