Brutal family murder at luxury golf estate in Stellenbosch

Police are investigating a case of murder, after three members of a family were brutally murdered in Stellenbosch in the Western Cape on Tuesday morning

It's alleged that the mother and father aged 54 and 55, and their 22 year old son, were attacked and killed in their De Zalze Golf Estate home.

Police spokesperson, Lieutenant-Colonel Andre Traut says their two other children were taken to hospital, after being seriously injured in the attack..

"During the same incident a daughter (16) and a son (20) have been injured and admitted to hospital. We are investigating all possibilities and cannot speculate anything at this time. Nobody has been arrested" he said
