Beleaguered England call-up Hepburn, Genge and Mako Vunipola return home

BLOEMFONTEIN, June (ANA) – Leicester Tigers prop Ellis Genge has flown back to England following a knee injury he picked up earlier this week.

He will continue treatment back at his club.

His place will be taken by Australian-born loosehead prop Alec Hepburn (Exeter Chiefs) who will join the squad on Sunday in Durban ahead of the third Test in Cape Town.

The Saracens New Zealand-born prop Mako Vunipola will travel back to London on Monday for family reasons which were agreed ahead of the tour.
