The Department of Correctional Services says one of the so-called "Waterkloof four", will be released on parole as previously ordered by the Pretoria High Court.
The so-called Waterkloof Four were released on parole after serving a portion of their sentence for killing a homeless man in 2001.
However, the parole of Christoff Bekker and Frikkie du Preez, was revoked when a video emerged of them holding a party in their cell, drinking alcohol and using a cellphone.
Becker's lawyers brought an urgent parole application in the high court earlier this month, which the court granted.
Correctional Services spokesperson, Logan Maistry, says they are currently following due process in respect of Bekker.
