The ANC Women's League says President Jacob Zuma's 70th birthday, is a milestone that South Africans should be proud of.
The league says Zuma has dedicated most of his 70 years to the ANC and to the people of South Africa, and for that they thank him.
The women's league said Zuma had contributed to the success of the ANC over its 100 years of existence.
Zuma has received wishes from a host of organisations, politicians and people.
ANC spokesperson Jackson Mthembu says Zuma will settle for nothing less than the total emancipation of all South Africans.
