The ANC wants to re-assess the passing of rushed legislation, which may lead to it being deemed unconstitutional or excluding certain sectors of society.
That's according to the party's chief whip, Stone Sizani who was speaking at a two-day ANC Lekgotla in Parliament, chaired by ANC deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa.
