ANC Deputy President, Cyril Ramaphosa says although the ruling party has come under criticism lately, their campaign to encourage eligible South Africans to register to vote, is going well.
Addressing the media during a door-to-door campaign in Mandeni on the KZN north coast on Saturday, Ramaphosa said ordinary people on the ground wanted to see a strong ANC.
He admitted there were problems in the ANC, but said that they were working on these.
The ANC is under increasing pressure to take decisive action against President Jacob Zuma, after the Constitutional Court recently found he failed to uphold and defend the Constitution.
