ANC in-fighting ends in Constitutional Court

Arguments over the validity of the election of the Free State ANC provincial executive committee will be heard in the Constitutional Court on Thursday.

The court heard an urgent appeal last Tuesday by six Free State ANC members who claimed the PEC was not properly elected.

One of the six applicants Mpho Ramakatsa says even though court papers cite six applicants, they have a lot of support among ANC members in the Free State.
