The ANC has denied reports that the second transition proposal has been rejected by most provinces during the party's policy conference in Midrand.
Spokesperson Jackson Mthembu says it is pre-emptive for unnamed sources to guess what the commissions might report back on regarding policy debates.
Mthembu says there must be some people with other agendas, who are throwing unfounded allegations around in the media.
He says the second transition proposal is not President Jacob Zuma's proposal, but is an ANC discussion document.
