Soccer and rugby will enjoy a higher profile in the Eastern Cape following the signing of an agreement between the management of Algoa FM and the management of the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth.
As part of the agreement signed this morning between Algoa FM and Access Management, which operates the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium, the radio station will have branding and other marketing rights within the stadium in return for airtime.
AlgoaFM MD Dave Tiltmann said the station will provide added value through interviews with captains, coaches and the entertainment stars who perform at the stadium.
