The truck driver whose vehicle ploughed into traffic, killing three people on the N12 East near Alberton on the East Rand last month, will appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.
Isaac Maruding was arrested on the 15th of October after his truck ploughed into 48 vehicles in early morning traffic a day earlier.
He previously appeared on October 27, when he was granted R7000 bail.
Magistrate Samuel Hlubi ordered him to stay at his verified address in Viljoenskroon in the Free State, and to report to the local police station every Monday.
Maruding was also required to hand over his driver's licence.
He claimed the accident happened after the brakes on his vehicle failed.
The married father of two young children faces three charges of culpable homicide, and another of reckless or negligent driving.
