Golf Day Terms and Conditions
GOLF DAY RULES
- Format is Four Ball Alliance, two scores to count.
- Shotgun start at 11:00am.
- For players without a handicap, you will play off an 18 handicap.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Pre-payment is compulsory, you will not be allowed on the course.
- All bookings are online via the Algoa FM website portal.
- Payment online via the website, alternatively via EFT. Should your company require an invoice, please indicate this when booking online.
- No shows will be charged.
- Players withdrawing after the closing date, 26 MAY 2023, are asked to nominate replacements as no refunds will be made.
- Bookings not cancelled by the closing date, will not be refunded.
- Shared Golf Carts, Halfway House, Green Fee and Prize Giving Dinner is included in your 4-Ball booking.
- Any merchandise purchased can be collected at the Golf course when communicated, in the week of or on the morning of the event.

POPI COMPLIANCE
- Algoa FM, based at 5 Upper Valley Road, Baakens Valley, Gqeberha, 6001, will require certain personal information in order to process your entry into the Golf Day and your merchandise requirements. The information will only be used for the purpose of the Golf Days.
- It will only be shared with third party for purposes directly related to the Golf Days, such as courier delivery and the delivery of prizes.
- By providing this information you certify that it has been provided to Algoa FM by you voluntarily.
- Failure to share the information will mean that it will not be possible to process your entry into the Golf Day.
- Participants may access their personal particulars which are in the possession of the organisers in order to update it if necessary.
- Any complaints about the handling of your information should be lodged with the office of the Information Regulator, at IR@justice.gov.za.
