The SA Real Studio organized a really fun Zumbathon for Aurora today, and we invited Lake Farm to join us. It really was the most fun I have had doing exercise in ages! I am not a fan of the gym, find it boring to walk alone when Mark can look after the kids, and I think this may be the answer to my exercising problems. The music was awesome, everyone was having a great time - and the time flew by!

We also had Chucky Muesli there, with their fantastic products range of delicious mueslis. THe people loved the samples, and were even more impressed when they tasted just how delicious the products were. My kids love the Muesli Pops, and eat them as snacks - perfect as well to pop into their lunch boxes for school.
We had Sebastian Kuhn from the Eco-Brick Exchange explaining to people how they could make a difference in their community and environment. Looking forward to seeing how many more people sign up to this wonderful challenge.
