Earlier we were chatting about the movie Despicable Me two, as we played Pharrel Williams song Happy which is featured on the film. Here in South Africa our movie watching is pretty standard. You go to the cinema, buy a ticket, popcorn and something to drink and you sit down. . . however, in the UK and Austraila they have Hot tub cinemas.
You literally watch your favourite film from a relaxing hot tub overlooking the city Each of the hot tubs are filled with warn to hot water and can be rented out by a group of friends or shared with other random film lovers.
I’m not sure I like the idea of sharing the water with random strangers, but a close group of friends, it sounds like a very unique experience but we are a long way off of something like that here in SA.
