Dessert connoisseurs will note that London is somewhat overdue a new food fad. In the last five years whoopee pies, doughnuts, macaroons and cupcakes have already been revolutionised, deconstructed and reconstructed.
Cutter and Squidge know it. They have introduced the biskie.). It’s a ‘fresh, unique handmade creation of biscuit/cookie/cake’ filled with buttercream, jam, caramel, or other sweet goodness.

Flavours are super on-trend with green tea, white chocolate and raspberry, and s’mores.

How you actually go about taking a bite of it, I don’t know. But it sounds delicious
