Valentin "Val" Chmerkovskiy is a Ukrainian-American professional dancer. He appeared on Dancing with the Stars, of which Amber was a celebrity contestant not so long ago. Amber got partnered up with Val’s brother, Maksim Chmerkovskiy on the show.
The two were recently spotted in Los Angeles leaving a club, walking hand-in-hand.
