Women feel sexiest, enjoy getting all dolled up and absolutely love wearing heels most at the age of 28, according to a survey.
But while they might feel sexiest at 28, their self-confidence levels don't peak until the age of 34, according to a recent survey female sanitary brand, Lil-lets.
Over 2000 women took part in the survey which was part of Lil-lets We Are Women campaign aimed to encourage women to take pride in their femininity.
"We want to celebrate all that it is to be a woman and the uniqueness it brings," says Clodagh Ward, Director of Marketing at Lil-Lets.
"It's fantastic to see women are in fact quite happy with the way they look."
Results showed that 50 percent of the women surveyed were proud of their figures and an impressive 75 percent wouldn't change the shape of their bodies. Over half (52 percent) said finding out their natural weight was a "breakthrough discovery".
What was the reason for being so confident? Most women (60 percent) put it down to "knowing where you're going in life" while others said it was because of "having at least one long-term partner".
Women regarded their eyes as their most beautiful feature (23 percent) followed closely by their breasts (20 percent). Intellectual ability came in third with only 13 percent saying it was their most attractive attribute.
Over 40 percent said they would lengthen their legs if it was possible, while 20 percent wished to be more confident around the opposite sex. Around half said they wished they would stop worrying about their lives so much.
The women said that the biggest blow to confidence was being dumped by a partner closely followed by struggling at work.
The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, was considered as the most-inspiring woman (19 percent), right ahead of historical nurse, Florence Nightingale (17 percent) while Hollywood bombshell, Marilyn Monroe came in third with 15 percent.
The best advantage of being a member of the fairer sex was being able to wear sexy stilettos and do their hair and makeup.
