What a Mess: Oxford Street, East London

On September 10 Daron spoke to spokesperson for Buffalo City Municipality Keith Ngesi regarding some service delivery queries that our listeners had. During the course of the chat Daron raised a concern about litter on Oxford Street and when Keith said that this would be addressed soon, Daron asked if it would be sorted by September 24 – the date of his next visit to EL. Keith said “You won’t be disappointed”. So Daron took a few pics of Oxford Street litter on that trip. What’s your opinion, does he have cause to be disappointed or not?
