The DMB Puts the Debate to Rest! A Chat with NMB Traffic Chief, Hamilton Totoyi!

Daron Mann Breakfast finally put the ongoing motorist versus cyclist debate to rest this morning by having a word with the law of the land. Motorists have been vociferous lately in their anger with some cyclists who 'bunch up' and take up the whole lane. The DMB chatted to Chief of Traffic and Licensing in the Nelson Mandela Metro, Hamilton Totoyi who said the law states that cyclists must always cycle in single file while on a public road, unless they are overtaking another cyclist.
