Signed Tottenham Hotspur Shirt up for Auction!

On the 28th of March the DMB had the opportunity of hosting a very special guest live in the studio. In the soccer mad country that is South Africa, when the chance arose to interview the Executive Director of Tottenham Hotspur, Donna Maria Cullen, we jumped in boots and all!

Although she had just arrived in South Africa and was en route to enjoy the splendor of Shamwari Game Reserve, she agreed to get up early to join us for a most entertaining and informative chat about Tottenham Hotspur with equally mad soccer fan Daron Mann!

During the chat they got to talking about the huge amount of community work that Tottenham undertake. They know the power of sport when it comes to the upliftment of disadvantaged peoples and communities. Under the banner of 'The Foundation,' they have done - and continue to do - a staggering amount of charity work that changes the lives of many people.

Donna Maria Cullen did not come empty handed! As you can see in the picture below, she brought us a brand new, 2013 Tottenham Hotpsur shirt, signed by the whole team with a Certificate of Authenticity! Donna Maria also gave us a signed picture of our very own Bongani Kumalo! Of course both items were donated to us on the understanding that we would auction them for a very worthy cause!!!
